can't go online....

Ohh my, how sad!!!coz I can no longer go online during the weekdays coz my netbook broke down on Thursday and I was no longer able to switch it on again since then.huhuhuh. So, I brought it back to the company where I bought it and it will take atleast a month before they can fix it. Arggg!I already tried my usb wireless connection on my big laptop and it' not working, so I guess they're not compatible. So, it means that I can no longer have internet during weekdays and I can only go online during weekends.huhuhu. I just hope I'm a techie person so I can make the usb work on my laptop just by installing software development.I hope I can make it work before I sleep, so I can bring it to my employer's place.

Mattresses..

I´m just wandering in the net and right now, I am at overnightmattress.com, looking at their mattresses and they´re making me sleepy already:). All the mattresses look so soft and look like they´re promising a good night sleep. If you are looking for a new mattress, just visit overnightmattress.com.

i love googling...

Yeah, goggling is my term when I go to google.com to search for something:) and most of the time, it´s to check for the correct spelling of the words and to to know their meaning too. When I was still in high school and college, I don´t have problems with spelling coz I remember them very well. But as I started working abroad, the memory starts to falter and most of the time, I already have to consult a dictionary to make sure about the spelling of words.. Ohh my, this is already alarming, I have to do something about it!

As usual, I am multi-tasking here, a thing I always love doing:). I am reviewing my spanish lessons, reading a novel, looking at the english-spanish dictionary, surfing the net and viewing different LCD TVs at buy.com. Wahhh, are you also a big fan of multi-tasking? Hope you are coz it´s such a fun thing to do:).

Online degrees

Two Sundays ago, a lawyer from the Immigrants office here in BCN came to the church and gave us some info after the Mass about the immigrants´laws. The changes in the law are generally against the immigrants. The major change that made me sad and my friends is the fact that the "offerta de trabajo"(processing of working visa for the immigrants) is already closed, we were really crashed with this news, huhuhu. And then the "Arayog" is already 3 years. Araygo is the program wherein the Spanish government will grant immigrants the legal papers after they stay here for 3 years. Ohhh my, that´s a long wait for me and I´m not sure if I can wait for that, coz if I wait, It means that I´ll confined here in BCN for 3 years and can´t travel anywhere coz I don´t have a visa.huhuhu.

I have to really think hard on what to do next. If I choose to stay here for 3 years abd wait for the Araygo, I have to do something worthwhile while waiting, like taking an online bachelor degree or the likes. Or I´ll go home to PI next year.

car cleaning...

My male employer asked me this evening to clean the inside of his car tomorrow. He´s going to leave it in the garage and he will use the car of my female employer to go to work. I agree that the car really needs cleaning coz the last time we went to the summer house with the car, it´s what came to my mind coz the car is full of clatter : toys all over the floor. So, I´ll do it tomorrow morning.

On another thing, I just wish that when I wake up tomorrow morning, the pimples in my forehead will shrink already. Grrrr, it´s very irritating coz been having the pimples for almost 1 month now. The old ones are gone, but new ones are sprouting, huhuhu. Am I doomed to find an acne treatment soon? Hope not:(.

I am here in my employer´s house alone, aww no, I am with the boy and I am taking care of him til tomorrow.:) The parents left for Girona to celebrate their 7th wedding anniversary and they´re staying there for the weekend. The girl was picked up by their maternal grandmother and will stay there til the weekend. The boy will be picked up by their paternal grandmother tomorrow before 1pm. I just hope she will come earlier so I can go home a little bit early:).

The boy was already asleep around 8:30pm, so I watched tv a bit. Then, I checked my email, watched ANTM in the net, surfing and more.:) Mutli-tasking as usual, hehehe. Now, I´ll be checking some links on how to lose belly fat coz I really need it badly, the belly fat is getting big,:(.

it´s weekend soon..

Yeheyyy, weekend is very soon and I am excited to go home to my boarding house already this coming Saturday. My employers will be away for the weekend to Girona and the kids will be staying at the grandparents. This Saturday, I will go with the ates to the computer shop, PC City. One of the ates bought a portable speaker last weekend for 10 euros and it´s really a good one. So, I want to buy one too.:) And Ate R. will also look at the laptops there coz she´s planning to buy a laptop soon. So, let´s see if she can decide which one to buy this Saturday.

Ohh my, time flies so fast! I am already 1 year here in Spain 2 days ago, September 15. It seems like I only came here few months ago, but it´s already a year. Thanks God for the challenging year and for surviving the challenge:). Yeheyy, God is truly good all the time!

i need to shop...

I need to go shopping for some needs, but I haven´t done it until now. I want to buy things in the grocery store near the kids´school since the things I wanna buy are only sold in that store (I don´t know where I can find the same store in BCN). Tomorrow, my female employer will bring me to school coz she´s going to introduce me to the teachers of the kids and inform them that I am going to pick up the kids on Monday. I hope that I can drop by the store so I can buy shampoo, feminine wash, lip gloss and honey since my stock here is almost finish, so I need to have new ones within this week.

Holiday on Friday!

It´s a holiday here in BCN this Friday, don´t know exactly why. But my female employer already told me about it and I don´t have work too, yeheyy!!:) We will go to the summer house tomorrow evening and then I will work until 1pm on Friday and then I am already free for the weekend. My Saturday sched will be switched to Friday, so I don´t have to work on Saturday anymore. Yeheyy, our plan of going out on Friday night will be pushed through, :) I´ll tell you more about it next time.:)

Murray Feiss Lighting

Dearest Mama sent me an sms informing me that the fencing of the house is already done and I´m really happy about it coz I really want it to be done also for security purposes for my family back home. Thanks to my dearest brother coz the fencing of the house is his project, aww anyways, it´s his house too, hehehe. He was complaining coz the actual cost of the fencing was way more than the budget. But he´s glad that it´s done now too coz it means that he can move to his next project:). And as I was looking at the different lightings from Murray Feiss, I was imagining that it would be very nice if we can put hanging lanterns (in the photo) on each post of the fence to make it look nicer. I´ll make the suggestion, but for sure it will not be the next project of my bro, hehehe.

a blog for OFWs

I stumbled into http://pinoyblogawards.blogspot.com by pure chance. I was blog hopping and there was a note in the post I was reading that it was an entry for PEBA (Pinoy Expats/OFW Blog Awards). I got curious about it, so I clicked the link that directed me into the blog that hosts PEBA. I really appreciate the owner of the blog coz he devotes some of his time to create a blog that will unite OFWs like me. I visited some of the OFWs´ blogs in the link and I can really relate to their stories. But since my busy sched, I haven´t visited the site again, but I bookmarked, so I can visit it when I have the time. I´ll surely go back there for more readings. To all OFWs outthere, feel free to visit http://pinoyblogawards.blogspot.com and meet and make friends with other OFWs.

It´s bedtime!!

Got to sleep after this post! I really need to coz it´s already 1:12am here. Grrrr! Time flies so fast and I didn´t noticed it as I watched the photos of a friend and her family (they are based in Thailand). I just love watching her photos coz it´s like watching a fashion show coz she loves dressing up. Anyways, I´m a little bit worried coz I am always hungry since I started working here on Monday and I just keep on eating:( For sure my friends in the house will say that I am gaining weight when we see one another this weekend. Let´s just hope that they will not tell me that it´s time for me to take some diet pills, hehehe.

Ok, goodnight everyone! ´Til tomorrow!

a new Wii....

I already heard about the name before and even heard that some are addicted to it. But it was just last Saturday that I saw one with my own eyes and understood why others are addicted to it coz even myself is already on my way to addiction just by looking at the son of the owner of my boarding house playing with the gadget. He was playing swordplay, bowling, table tennis, biking and more but I like the sword play more and wanted to really try it. But I didn´t have the chance since the boy´s cousins are there too and they were in queue to play with the Wii too, hehehe. This weekend, I´ll already ask the boy if I can play even for a minute.

But Kuya J., the father of the boy, got some problem coz the boy keeps on moving towards the TV as he gets excited with the game. And Kuya J. is scared that the boy might hit the TV and destroy it, so he´s planning to buy a TV wall mount, so he´ll just attach the Tv on the wall to make it safer. Let´s see what´s Kuya J.´s final solution to the prob.:)

Blog of the Day!

I was so surprised as I read one of the messages from the shoutbox, informing me that this blog was chosen as "PPP´s Blog of the Day". I haven´t blog for PPP for a very long time now, and so I visited my account there and looked at the Blog of the Day archive and true enough, I saw Tidbits and More with my photo as Blog of the Day for August 30 (just click the link to see the proof). Woww, it really means a lot to me and it inspires me to exert more effort on my blogging despite my busy schedule. I admit that my blogging effort is less now compared to my Norway days and my early days here in Spain. Thanks PPP for the inspiration, it´s truly appreciated!

Motorola Symbol LS2208

Just read an article a while ago about the newest barcode scanner from Motorola,Symbol LS2208 . It´s cool and very handy and it´s recommended for retail, healthcare, education, and other light industrial applications.

This must be a very good gadget for the small convenient stores in my place since it´s also affordable. But I am not sure though if it´s already available in my country, Philippines.
