e-mail cleaning...

I have been planning to clean my e-mail a long time ago, but until now I haven´t done it coz I don´t have much time and coz I don´t know where to start.:( Everytime I look at my e-mail, I lost hope of cleaning it coz there´s a lot of messages that has to be deleted. But now, I have a more than 1600 messages in my inbox, so cleaning and reorganizing it is already a necessity. I deleted around 20 messages earlier and felt lazy to continue deleting. Grrrrrrrrr, I hope I can manage to clean it little by little. But meanwhile, I take a nap:)

My 2 cousins in Denmark were sending me sms last week and they´ve been asking me if it´s ok if they´re going to visit me here in BCN this coming July. Of course it is and I´m really looking forward to it. Since I can´t travel anywhere (let alone make a cruise) due to my visa problems, so it will be so nice for them to visit me and to make up for the very long time that we haven´t seen one another. They haven´t book their ticket yet coz they still have to ask their employers about the exact date of their vacation, but they´re going to inform me as soon as it´s confirmed.

I have been thinking of modifying this blog in terms of its topics coz I felt that the coverage is just so huge and I can´t keep up anymore. So, I have to be more specific on what topics to blog here, so I´ll know where to focus. Originally, I planned for this blog to talk about any topics that are informative, especially technology, but it´s really a vast range of topic. So, I need to sort it out so soon. Until now, I am still thinking about the topic change and despite the change, it should still be related with my blog title. Hmmm, kinda hard! Do you have any idea? Feel free to make any suggestion and it will be highly appreciated. Gracias!

the tea is working...

I´m back to tea-drinking about 2 weeks ago and glad coz it´s really working. I feel better and for sure it´s also because I don´t feel any stress anymore in my new job now compared to my previous job. I am so thankful that my employers are very nice and the child I am taking care of is really very entertaining and funny and it just takes the feeling of tiredness away. I will really do my best to control my appetite, so I won´t be resorting to weight loss pills, just like what I did before.

new car..

My female employer celebrated her 35th birthday on Monday, April 20, and she got a very nice gift from her husband. A brand new red car and she´s really very surprised and so glad. Her previous car was already very old and told me that it´s already 15 years old and forgive me, but the car really looks so ugly:(. And it already has some bad memory since her bag was taken by a robber inside the car while she was putting one of the children into the seat. It was really a very awful experience.

hp vs. acer....

Don´t worry coz I´m not going to say something negative about one name and positive about the other coz I love both brands:) My old lappy is Acer and I am very happy with it coz it has never let me down:) The only reason why I bought an hp mini is because there was a promo and coz my acer lappy is heavy and it´s not so good if I will carry it every week. When I went to PhoneHouse to make a wireless subscription, there was also an acer mini available, but the price is a little bit higher than the hp mini and it was with another wireless company. I end up choosing hp coz I already have an acer and because the computer memoryof the hp mini is 120 GB, while the acer has only 8GB.

rabbit...

Ohhh my, what an experience! I ate rabbit meat for lunch for the first time in my life and I didn´t like it:( It tasted similar to chicken, but still it gave me a feeling of vomiting and until now, I am still having the "vomiting" feeling. Maybe coz I was always thinking of a live rabbit while eating the meat. My female employer prepared the food and out of curiosity, I decided to try a piece. And after eating, I told myself that it will be my first and last "rabbit meat" experience. No need for me to look for best appetite suppressants if I am really desperate in losing weight and all I have to do is eat a lot of rabbit meat, and I will surely spit out everything inside my stomach in just one occassion. argggggggg!

nokia´s touch screen 5800

I was planning to buy an iPod, but one of my friends who had a nokia touch screen 5800 XpressMusic advised me to get it instead of the iPod coz I´ll have both phone and music and it means that I´ll only have to take care of one thing instead if 2 (iPod and mobile). And her idea sounds good and I saw the phone too and it´s cool. But, I also heard some stories that gadgets with a touch screen and destroyed easily since they are very sensitive. And on Sunday, I saw my friend and I asked her again about the phone and she said that she´s never an nokia fan and that she wants a new phone also with a touch screen, but a samsung. And she´s going to give her nokia 5800 to her sissy when she comes home to the PI for vacation. Now I am confuse:( What can you say? Would you advice nokia 5800 instead of buying an iPod?? haven´t check yet..

Arggg until now, I haven´t check PC city yet if the Nikon D60 sale is still on. I as already planning to do it in the weekend, but the weekend turned to be a very busy day, so I end up skipping the plan for a more important event. Ate R, my roommate, was celebrating her bday on the 14th, but the celebration was on Saturday. And our landlady and landlord gave her a little suprise party, and I was their connivance, thus, the busy sched. :) But it´s ok coz it was really worth it. We had a lot of fun with our dearest friends who are already like a family to us here in Barcelona.

Nikon D60!

Since my Norway days, I already desired to have a DSLR camera and I want the Nikon D60. I could have buy it long time ago if not for a bad experience:( I used my money the wrong way and I was scammed. Argggggg. But the experience didn´t stop me from my desire of buying a Nikon D60 one day and that desire is still pretty much alive even if I´m already here in Spain,hehehe. And I think it mother nature is already giving me the go signal to go for it coz just last week, I saw an ad about a Nikon D60 on sale. Instead of the original 699 euros price, it´s already 399 euros and it already comes with an 18-55 mm lense. I was really itching to buy it last weekend coz I was afraid that there will be no more stock available for me, but the sched last week was so hectic and the stores were closed due to the holy week celebration. So, I have to wait and I just hope there are still available stock when I go to the store this weekend.

My new HP mini 2133!

Just wanted to share to you a photo of my newest possession and companion : HP mini 2133. It´s the lappy on promo that comes with the wireless subscription that I have. I like it so much coz it´s very handy and the keyboard is very similar to the keyboard of a huge laptop. The keyboard of this mini is really one of it´s best features according to the review that I read since the keyboard of other mini laptops are also very small.

I am very satisfied and happy about the purchase. I know, I made the right choice:)

no travels for now....

Yes, that´s the sad reality about my status here in Spain:( I just can´t travel to another country, even if I have the means since my papers are not yet fixed. Even traveling within Spain is also risky, but it´s fine. I know God is always there and I already lift everything to Him. Yohooo, finally I have my wireless connection now and it´s already permanent:) I decided to subscribe to a wireless connection since I am already stay-in here in my permanent job and they only have a modem connection, so it means that I can´t share with them. And it´s soo good coz the subscription comes with a promo of availing the HP mini 2133 for only 99 euros instead of the 399 euros original price. So, I grabbed it coz it´s more convenient bringing a mini instead of my huge.,heavy acer lappy. Thanks God!
