Bb. Pilipinas World disgusting answer

I already saw the video several times and I was really disgusted. Bb. Pilipinas pageant was held in Araneta Coliseum last March 8. When I was still in Pinas, I used to watch it in the television. I've been reading a lot of comments and most,if not not all Filipinos were also disappointed, disgusted and annoyed with her answer.

And the most shocking part is that, contestant # 15 won the Bb. Pilipinas World crown. Ohhh my, I really can't believe it. What happened to the standard of judging? What happened to the judges? Were they drunk or out of their mind for letting the contestant win the title? How would she represent the country in the Miss World competition?

I'm sorry for my words, I'm just expressing what I feel. I'm not a fluent english speaker, not even good, but I can't help but comment on the way she speaks english, let alone in a competition. She could have answer the question in Filipino to make the explanation easier. And goodness, the annoying laugh! Ok, I better stop whining here. Just tell me your opinion after watching the video.
