I'm talking about migraine. We are all hoping here that the dear migraine won't hit us. I had a headache early today and also my brother. We were having a good talk in the bus, but we fall asleep in the middle of the trip because we had headaches. And it's really scary if it will get worst coz it might lead to migraine. We have several friends who are suffering from migraine and it's really terrible because it's affecting their jobs and their performance. We really have to take care of our health, especially those who are away from their families. It's really difficult to be sick while away from the family. So let's all take care of our health folks! It's one of our greatest treasures!

Having a good time in Denmark

Hurrah!!I'm finally here in Denmark with my brother! I visit him in his hostfamily yesterday and I took him with me here in Copenhagen today. I'm really very happy seeing him. I took a lot of bus trips just to be here in DK and to be in his place. But the tiring trips were nothing because seeing my brother eased all the tired feelings. I'm really very thankful to GOD for all the blessings. Advance Happy New Year to all!

It's still December 24 here in Norway, 6:40 pm to be exact and I'm here in Ate Eve's place. Only 3 of us will celebrate Christmas here, so it will be a lonely one.huhuhu. Most of my friends are joining their hostfamilies tonight, but not me. We'll have a party tomorrow though and all our "berks" will be together for a fun and lavish celebration at Ate Bren's place. I'm really looking forward for tomorrow's celebration.

Though I'm alonely here, but I am very thankful to GOD for all the blessings He has given me. For giving me a wonderful family and friends.

Ski Vacation

How I wish that I know how to ski so I can go in a ski vacation with my hostfamily. When I was still in Denmark, my hostfamily always go to a ski vacation after Christmas, but I'm always left at home coz I don't know how to ski,:( I'. going to Denmark on the 26th to visit my cousin and my hostfamily there, but I'm not sure if I'll still see them coz they leaving for a si vacation, this time to Courchevel chalet in France. Trying to learn Norwegian

I've been trying to learn the Norwegian language all by myself for months now. I wanna see if I can handle it since dansk and norsk are very similar. And I went to school to learn danish in Denmark for 1 year and 6 months and it helps me a lot in talking Norwegian with my employer's children. Though not so good, but atleast they understand most of the time. I'm getting a lot of help from Learn Norwegian of the Sons of Norway site. There are several lessons with english translation and the thing I like best, is the pronunciation section. They're also providing the right pronunciation of the words or phrases. Hope I can really be better in speaking Norwegian soon.

A tiring but happy weekend

I had a very tiring weekend coz I served in a party from 4pm to 4am and slept for only 4 hours to have another work the following day. Hayyyy, typical life abroad. But then, I'm also very happy coz my brother arrived in Denmark safe and sound on Sunday around 11am Scandinavian time. Hurrah and I really thanks GOD for giving my bro a safe trip. A missing Filipina in California

I just read the news a while ago at Philippines News. The photo in the left is that of a 25-year-old Veronica Ruiz of Mill Valley, California. She has been missing since December 3 according to the reports and according to her friend who last saw her, Maricris was going on a hike after a disappointing breakup with her live-in boyfriend of two years. And because Veronica is known to frequent Mount Tamalpais located in Marin County, Mill Valley police, along with family, and friends conducted a search on the east side of the mountain and areas nearby, the news says. She's an Internal Revenue Service agent and carries a government-licensed handgun as part of her job.

Veronica's family is thankful to all who participated in the search. Among who helped were 140 law enforcers and 300 volunteers. Woww that was really amazing. Her family is still hopeful that Veronica is still alive. And I also hope that she'll be found soon.

Got to sleep early tonight

Quick update

Hi everyone! Hope you had a nice weekend. Finally, I started blogging here for this week. The last entry was last Saturday. I had a great weekend with my friends and I attended the 6pm Mass on Sunday.

I'm just done with my exercise today (jogging and dancing here in my apartment). Yes, I'm trying my best to shed off some pounds by exercising and dieting. I just hope that I can achieve some good result in the near future. I'm really feeling good and I'm thankful to the high heavens for giving me the determination to do it. I've been wanting to do this before, but I always fail because just can't resist food and too lazy to move my butt. Glad to have the motivation now. Though sometimes I lso feel lazy, but atleast I'm moving my butt more often now,:)

Just done babysitting

This is just a quick update. I'm just done babysitting and started looking after the kids at 7:15pm because my employers went to a Christmas party. Off early for today and a babysitting tonight

I'm already here in my apartment. I'm off early today because I already did the general cleaning yesterday. My female employer is just home today because she's having some colds. But then, I'm having a babysitting at 7 in the evening because they're going to attend a Christmas party. I just hope that the kids will be in good mood and that they'll be behaving well.

Muscle and Strength

I'm just done with my general cleaning in my employer's place. And glad that I was able to walk about 30 minutes this morning in walking the eldest child to school. Atleast, I did some exercise and also I'm just done eating my lunch, which is tomatoes and carrots with salt and vinegar. I just hope that I can continue with this regimen to achieve the weight loss that I want.

The first time I saw a Rolls-Royce upclose and personal was during a trip to Sweden. I've been walking in the parking area with 2 other friends and also taking pictures at the same time. About a month ago, I was soo happy knowing that this blog got a PR 3. But then after 2 weeks, I noticed in my PPP profile that my PR has decreased to 2 as well as the PR of my 2 blogs. And then just last week, the frustration worsen as the PR for this blog turned to a total waste of 0 and my 2 blogs turned to PR0 as well.huhuhuhu. It's really a disaster for me because opps are already scarce,huhuhuh.

And I was really sad because all my blogging friends are also suffering from the same problem. Google is really so mean to us. I don't know why they're all decreasing our PRs.Google, give us back our PRs!!!
