Send money with xoom.com

Have you heard about xoom.com? My friend in the Philippines just told me a while ago that I can also send money through xoom.com because I mentioned to him about the under maintenance "fastnet banking" of PCI. I already visited xoom.com and trying to figure out how the system works. I hope that it's a nice one. There's a quote in the front page that that the transaction fee is much lower compare to Western Union..Hmmmm let's see!
